We are excited to share that we will be moving forward with an intimate elopement! We will be married on September 25, 2020 on Santa Barbara's East Beach. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 and local restrictions, we are unable to celebrate our nuptials as originally planned. More than anything in these uncertain times, we want our loved ones to be healthy and well. We will be planning a low-key celebration or two in 2021-2022. We will keep you posted on the details.

Mohsin and Shireesha *technically* met at work many years ago. She would stop by his office from time-to-time to ask if he'd want to grab a bite to eat and check out the hottest food trucks. From Sandwich Club to Lunch Bunch to Birthday Club and more, they ate their hearts out all throughout DC. They continue to bond over a great meal no matter where they are.

On August 25, 2019, Shireesha’s better half, Mohsin, proposed to her at the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial in Washington, DC. At first, Shireesha thought her future husband was tying his shoe for a very long time, until she realized this incredibly patient man was attempting to propose to her. After two excruciatingly long minutes, she finally gave him verbal affirmation. Joyful tears, hugs and awkward tourist photos followed immediately after. It recently dawned on Shireesha that she is now solely responsible for a sizable investment on her ring finger, and continues to be unaware of the nuanced aspects of wedding planning.
