Catania to our town takes about 2.5 hours by car. The recommended route takes you through Taormina and along the Northeastern coast. There are also trains and busses which take minimum 3 hours, depending on time of day. There are car rental companies at the CTA airport.

Palermo to our town takes about 2 hours by car and takes you along the north coastline, through the town of Cefalu. There is also public transport which takes about 3 hours, also along the beautiful coastline. There are car rentals right in the PMO airport.

TrenItalia operates both from Palermo Airport (PMO) as well as Catania Airport (CTA). Please make sure you are entering in 'airport' as part of your starting location. Palermo 'airport' rather than just Palermo, as both airports are outside the city center. Journeys from both airports via train will have one train change. The full name of the arrival city you will be getting off at is 'Capo d'Orlando-Naso' which is the train station located at the city center of the town we'll be near. Both journeys cost around 15 euro and take about 3 hours (plus or minus 30 min depending on time of day). For Palermo airport to Capo d'Orlando-Naso there will be a train change at Palermo Centrale, which is the city center of Palermo. From there, it's a beautiful train ride along the sea until you arrive in Capo d'Orlando. For Catania airport to Capo d'Orlando-Naso there will be a train change in the city of Messina Centrale, which is about halfway into the journey. The full journey will take you alongside the sea of the northeastern part of Sicily, you may even be able to see Mount Etna!
