What should I bring to the cabins, if i am staying at the venue?

Answer

The cabins are fully furnished with sheets and towels - no need to bring those! All cabins have functioning kitchens, as well. Please bring any snacks and beverages you want throughout the weekend. Whether you plan to eat out, cook in the cabin kitchen, or a little bit of both all weekend is up to you! There is a grocery store in town to stock up with all the groceries you need. Our wedding reception, on Saturday, will be serving dinner and providing alcohol.

If I am not staying at the retreat, can I still hang out there?

Answer

Yes, come and go as you please. We want everyone to hang out and take advantage of the retreat's amenities! Amenities include: horseshoes, cornhole, volleyball, fishing, hammocking, a clubhouse with a pool table, a fire pit, and outdoor grills. Yes, they have wifi!

How far is the retreat from town ?

Answer

The retreat is about 8 minutes from Hiawassee's town square. Hiawassee has everything you need: a few stores, fast food restaurants, sit down restaurants, pickle ball courts, a grocery store and a liquor store.
