When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 24th, 2019 so we can get our final numbers in!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4pm promptly. Please try to arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm to find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code! We're very laid back people, but please remember it is a country club, so do dress appropriately.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, weddings are very expensive and we can only have a limited amount of people come. We ask that only those who are listed on the invitation show up.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course! Please let us know by May 1, 2019.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot.

Is there going to be alcohol?

Answer

While Travis and I don't drink, there will be a full bar for purchasing drinks!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Before the ceremony and during cocktail hour and reception, please do!! However, we ask that during our ceremony, cell phones are put on silent and put away. Our photographer is awesome and will be sure to catch all of the important shots. But we ask that our guests please keep their phones away, let her do what we’ve asked her to do, and to just be present and celebrate our love with us, instead of looking at a screen. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!! There can never be too many pictures of the fun that is going to follow.

Can we post our pictures on social media?

All we ask is to please refrain from sharing pictures of our wedding until after we do. We’ve been working very hard, planning over a year, and put a lot of work and money into this night, we would like to be the first ones to share pictures from our wedding. Once we share our first picture, please feel free to do the same!

What kind of food will there be?

Answer

We are having a good variety of food! There will be both hot and cold appetizers during the cocktail hour. Dinner will include a couple of different pasta options, a carving station with different meats, salad, breads, and a pizza station with many different toppings! There will also be a dessert bar, and of course wedding cake! There are a couple vegetarian options.

Transportation?

Answer

Unfortunately we are not able to provide transportation between the hotel and venue. It’s about a 15 minute drive. PLEASE do not drink and drive. When leaving the venue, if you’ve had too much to drink, ask someone to drive you to the hotel/home or call an Uber. Please do not risk hurting yourself or others. We love you all!
