When are the wedding events?

Wedding Weekend Itinerary Starting Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 We are so excited to celebrate with you in Cabo! Below is a rough outline of the weekend's events — more details and additional activities will be shared as we get closer to the big day. Thursday, April 23rd | evening Welcome Bonfire Join us for a cozy welcome bonfire on the beach at the resort. Come relax, mingle, and kick off the celebration under the stars! Friday, April 24th Pool Day + Boat Excursion Spend the day enjoying the resort, lounging by the pool, and soaking up the sun with the bride and groom. Later in the day, we’re planning a group boat excursion — more details to follow! Saturday, April 25th | Wedding Day! Enjoy a free day to explore! Whether you want to golf at the stunning Quivira Golf Course, visit the Pueblo Bonito sister resorts, or wander around downtown Cabo San Lucas — the day is yours. The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM, followed by the reception — and don’t miss the afterparty at The After (optional)! Sunday, April 26th Farewell Help us send off the newlyweds as they begin their honeymoon adventure.

Do I have to stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort?

Answer

As part of our wedding agreement with the resort, all guests are required to stay on-site to attend the wedding and festivities. Guests staying off property may not be able to join the events and will incur an additional fee to attend the wedding. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that the resort will provide a luxurious and unforgettable experience for everyone!

Come anytime! Make this a vacation for you! We will have wedding events starting in the evening of Thursday, April 23rd, 2026.

Am I required to pay for the entirety of my hotel room up front?

Answer

To confirm your reservation, a one-night deposit will be required, and the rest of the balance is due upon resort check in.

January 23rd, 2026, 5:00 pm. MST. We and the hotel recommend that you book early!

When is the room block?

Answer

The room block will be reserved for the nights of Thursday, April 23rd, Friday, April 24th, and Saturday, April 25th, 2026. Our group rates are valid from April 18th to May 1st, 2026, subject to availability.

Will I have to pay for food during my stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset?

Answer

No, unless you choose to explore outside the property. Otherwise, your all-inclusive plan covers all food and drinks during your stay at the resort. Additionally, your plan grants you access to the same benefits at the Pueblo Bonito sister properties, including Pueblo Bonito Rosé and Pueblo Bonito Blanco in Downtown Cabo, as well as Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, located next to Sunset Beach Resort.

How much can I expect to pay for accommodations?

Answer

For the basic suite (Junior Suite Ocean View), rates range from $215 to $250 per person per night, depending on the number of adults in the room (based on 2–4 adults per suite). Children's Rates: Under 5: Free! Ages 5–11: $45 per night Ages 12–17: $65 per night These rates include your accommodations, as well as all food and beverages throughout your stay at the resort.

YES! There are FREE shuttles at the resort that will take you to the Pueblo Bonito sister resorts.
