Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal garden party attire: whimsical, dressy, and designed to be worn outdoors. Please choose shoes that can handle grass comfortably. Pastel colors and floral prints are encouraged (but not required!). Aaron will be skipping the tie, and he invites you to do the same!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to ensure you have time to find your seat, take in the scenery, and settle in before we say "I do!"

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions through our RSVP form (listed at the top of this screen). If you have already RSVP'd, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at our venue, and you are welcome to drive if you prefer. For those of you who would prefer not to drive, we are offering a free shuttle service to and from our venue that will pick up and drop off guests at the Hyatt Place Hotel in Charlottesville.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our family’s children. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!
