We met while our sisters were playing hockey together. We dated soon after, at the age of 14. Living almost an hour apart made things awfully difficult when relying on our parents to drive us. We would typically meet halfway, at the rich valley school. This system worked for a summer, then we went our separate ways. However, we would still cross paths occasionally, whether it be at the rink, or when Jonny's sister Deanna and Emily would hangout. Once we had our drivers licences we began making a point of seeing each other more frequently, and shortly before we turned 17 we were officially dating again. Now at the age of 23, after 9 years in each others hearts, nearly 5 years of living together (minus Emily living away for school), 2 years engaged, 5 dogs, and 1 beautiful baby boy, we are getting married!
