Question

How do I travel between the airport and hotel?

Answer

We will be having transport leaving to and fro the airport at specific times on 26 October (arrival) and 28 October (departure). You will be asked to provide your flight details and we will use that to make arrangements for as many people as possible. If you are arriving at a time other than the above, we recommend booking a taxi via Grab / Gojek. Further details to come!

Any tips before I book my flights?

Answer

Do aim to arrive at Phuket International airport by 10am on 26 October so it gives you enough time to arrive at the wedding venue by around 12.30pm for the first event (you don't want to miss out on the fun!) You can leave anytime on 28 Oct morning after breakfast (please avoid leaving on 27 October late night/28 October early morning as the after party will be ending late).

Your 2 night stay at the wedding venue will be taken care of (26 October and 27 October)

What time is check in/check out time?

Answer

Check in time: 26 October, 3pm Don't worry - you can leave your bags at the lobby if you arrive earlier than 3pm and the room is not ready yet. We will do our best to request early check in based on your travel information. Check out time: 28 October, 12pm No late check out time is available at this time.

Are there any colours I should avoid at the wedding?

Answer

Nope - knock yourselves out with any colour you want to wear! This includes the 'Haldi' event where you may have heard that 'yellow' / 'hues of the sun' are the norm - but we encourage your creativity :)

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Since we are in Southeast Asia, expect full summer vibes - hot & sunny. Average weather will be 27 degrees Celsius. Do come prepared!

Will there be hairdryers and iron boards provided in the hotel room?

Will there be a salon to get my hair and make up done?

Answer

Yes, there will be a salon set up in the hotel for you to get hair and make up done on a self-paid basis. More details to come!

When can we get our mehendi done?

Answer

Mehendi ladies will be available 4pm onwards on 26 October. You can get it done anytime as per your convenience after the pool party or before the sangeet. More details will be given on the day as to where they will be seated!
