Where is the ceremony?

Elisa and Steven, Veronica's loving parents, have been generous enough to provide their property for the wedding venue to completely capture the rustic theme and backyard wedding vision!

Veronica and Nicholas have made it super easy for you to RSVP online, however, if there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out!

Please R.S.V.P by Monday, May 10th, 2021.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the complications of Covid-19 we have had to maintain a strict guest list. Unfortunately, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

July is the hottest month of the year in Toronto, with temperatures hovering around the range of 77°F to 104°F with humidity. The days are typically long and sunny during this month of the year, but we should always be prepared for unexpected weather like summer showers!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We wanted our guests to have the freedom to spend their time in Toronto however they wanted to! There are numerous options available for you to stay in Toronto, ranging from rental houses or condos (e.g. Airbnb) to hotels. If you would like to be closer to the venue, there are many other options to stay in Scarborough as well. Please keep in mind, Toronto's downtown core is an approximate 20 minute drive from Scarborough where the wedding is taking place. If you need anymore guidance, the "Travel" section of our website offers additional accommodation recommendations!

Will there be any vegan / vegetarian / gluten free / special diet options?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner where there will be a variety of different options to choose from. If you have a specific dietary concern, please let us know ahead of time by emailing: koontzwedding2021@gmail.com, so we can accommodate accordingly.

Where are you registered?

Answer

As our wedding day draws near, we hope our sentiment is clear. We need you there as we are wed, to witness our love as vows are said, But, as for gifts, please, please don't try, to find the ideal thing to buy. We have no lists of pots and pans. Just hopes and dreams and future plans. So if a gift is on your mind, a monetary contribution would be kind. It will help us more than words can say. To celebrate our special day!

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be arranged to accommodate our guests who are driving to and from our parking area. Please be sure to inform us on your R.S.V.P if you will be driving, so we are able to accommodate parking.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

The centrepiece/candle/flowers are part of our decor and in many cases, being rented for the celebration. However, there will be special souvenirs available, so please be sure to get one before leaving!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media accounts. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #LoveIsAllThatKoontz so we can keep track and enjoy all of your pictures of our special day!
