Check-out time: Noon Make the reservation from the group room block at a special rate via the Reservation link: https://forms.office.com/r/b1EtdbkJam?origin=lprLink The hotel will request a one-night deposit to guarantee the reservation. The guest can cancel the reservation 30 days before arrival with a one-night penalty, 15 days before arrival, a full stay penalty. ROOM BLOCK AND CUT-OFF DATE The "cut-off date" is December 18th, 2025. The hotel will honor all early arrivals and stay-overs at the Wedding rate as long as rooms are available.

From Baltimore (BWI): No nonstop flights. You’ll need a connection. The main airlines serving Cozumel are Aeroméxico, American Airlines, Delta, United, and Air Canada. Expect round-trip fares from around $478, with one-way deals starting near $246. From Washington, D.C. (DCA or IAD): Again, no nonstop options. Same airlines serve the route via stops. Typical one-way fares start around $194–$204, and round-trip fares generally start around $488.
