We did it!

Friends since high school, in the summer of 2018 we reconnected in Nags Head, NC. We went to a restaurant early to reserve a table for us and our friends for dinner. Hours later after a few drinks, seafood, and excellent conversation, we realized our friends never showed up. Upon arriving back at the house, we discovered that we had gone to the wrong restaurant...!

In the fall of 2020, we spent five weeks in the Outer Banks. Early one morning, we got up to watch the sunrise and John surprised Amanda with a proposal on the beach.

After cancelling our original plans, we decided to elope. While we were disappointed not to be able to celebrate with our family and friends, we are thrilled to be married!
