**Please note that CHECK IN is is not UNTIL 3 pm - this is not a "structured event" at all. Please see the list of restaurants provided if your planning to eat** For those guest that are arriving on Friday, we have the entire ceremony space available to us. Our plan is to have casual drinks and snacks throughout the day and just hang out and ENJOY THE DAY. There are no formal plans for this day. Our FIRM request for this day is to leave this outdoor space promptly at 9 pm. This area is directly attached to the Bride & Groom's room and we will need sleep! So please respect this request. We HAVE provided a list of places to eat that are open year round. With many of our family and friends arriving at different times throughout the day, it will be impossible to have a schedule dinner.

There will be outdoor heaters if needed and if there is inclement weather, we will have the ceremony inside the Restaurant just downstairs
Cocktail Hour

This 1 hour open bar will take place at the ceremony site along with served appetizers. Feel free to go back to your room and change or rest until the Reception at 2pm
Reception

We will be having an afternoon served buffet that includes salad, entrees and sides, along with Wedding Cake and coffee/tea service. There will be a vegan/vegetarian option but if there are other diet considerations, please email me at lovecook1028@gmail.com There will be a 3 hour open bar service also.
After the Ceremony
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We will have access to the ceremony space after the reception. Our wish is for all to come and enjoy the night with us, and have a low key celebration, just sitting outside and enjoy our WEDDING, along with our family and friends. There are no planned events after 5 pm on this day. Due to city ordinances we must leave the outdoor space by 10 pm.
