Victorias Perspective : It all started at work. We didn’t share the same office, but I was always talking to everyone and Joseph was no exception. We’d exchange words here and there, just part of the usual day. But then, one ordinary moment changed everything. One day, Joseph touched my hand. I touched his hand back. It was simple… but something in that tiny gesture felt different. It was like a spark we both noticed. Not long after, Joseph asked me if I wanted to join him at the gym. Coincidentally, I’d been wanting to work out more, so I said yes. We met there and spent about a hour working out. From that day forward, we never stopped texting. We planned to have our first date a couple of months after talking and texting literally all day and night. We had our first date at a very nice restaurant in Charlotte. On that date, Joseph was the perfect gentlemen. He picked me up from the house, he made the reservations, he opened doors, and he even got me a gift. He made me feel safe and allowed me to just be. That was a feeling I held on to. We didn’t make it to church on our first date but our next date was church. There he met my mom and dad. They both approved of him and I was ecstatic to have their approvals. From the beginning we had deep conversations and connected on so many levels. From them we both agreed to never stop loving each other. Joseph’s Perspective: Ok, I’ll let you all know how it really started . I met my wife Victoria at work . I had just received a promotion to the Calibration lab . She didn’t work in the lab with me but she was as apart of calibrations , being that she processed the paperwork and equipment I turned in on a daily basis . I would come to her office where I had to turn work in and there she would be in her office just a talking to whomever would be in there at the time with a big smile on her face and she would be so happy. So I’d come drop my stuff off, have small talk with her for about two to three minutes and I would leave . Some of the other employees in her office would say man he really doesn’t talk much or they’d say I was stuck up , and they were right about me not talking much because I didn’t I was all about my work. But one day we talked for a little longer and we got to know each other a little . From then on , I would do the usual, drop my work off and talk to her a little more each time . Then one day I walked past her as I was turning something in and I felt her touch my hand. In my mind I was like wait what just happened but I didn’t say anything because it was so quick I thought ok maybe she didn’t mean to do that . But it happened again and I was like okay BET so I then proceeded later on to do the same . But we got closer , and as normal after work I would go to the gym and I saw her in there one day . So days later I asked her did she wanna go to the gym with me to workout because I see she could use some pointers. And ever since then we would talk everyday and text and just have these long and deep conversations. The REST IS HISTORY …..YALL SEE WE HAVING A WEDDING NOW SO YEA .. ANYWAYS I LOVE MY WIFE WITH ALL OF ME. WE ARE LITERALLY TWINS IN EVERY ASPECT BUT MOST OF ALL SHE IS MY BEST FRIEND . I LOVE YOU BABE!
