Josh is Hunter’s best friend from high school and someone who has been a constant presence through the years. One of their favorite memories is the nugget run, when they went to every fast food place in town that sold chicken nuggets, brought them all back to Hunter’s house, and tried them one by one. Completely unrelated, Josh’s fun fact is that he can eat 44 chicken nuggets in one sitting.

Faith has been a constant source of love and support in my life. We've stayed close through the years, and I’ve always been grateful for the way she shows up with her full heart. Some of my favorite memories with her are the late-night talks and cozy hangouts at my old apartment in Gamecock Village. Also, she does the Wordle every single day and almost never misses. It means so much to have her standing with us.

DJ is one of our many close friends we met through the Southerners Trombone section. He is always a joy to be around and has a way of lightening the mood in any situation. One of his favorite memories with Hunter is the time Hunter beat him in Mortal Kombat. DJ thought the match was over, started celebrating, and ended up sliding across the floor. His fun fact is that he has nerve damage, but he never loses his sense of humor.

Sara is Avery’s best friend from college and truly a blessing. She has been one of the people keeping me sane through wedding planning. She has a cat named Pawblo, who is just as amazing as she is. One of her favorite memories with us is watching Hunter toss Avery around in the pool like a kid who doesn’t realize you’re not supposed to just throw fish straight back in the water. Her wedding icks are the garter toss and first dances that feel more like prolonged swaying.

Mac is a former roommate and close friend of both Avery and Hunter. His favorite memory with them is building his “computer.” His biggest wedding ick is kids running around. One fun fact is that he has an extra toe making him one of a kind.

Callie is one of Avery’s best friends and has been since childhood. Her favorite memory with Avery is literally her whole childhood, but she especially loves the times they sang together. Her biggest wedding ick is garters. One fun fact anyone should know about her is that she loves plants.

Alex is a truly dear friend to both of us and one of the kindest people you could ever hope to meet. Anyone who knows him knows how lucky they are to be part of his circle. One of his favorite memories is meeting Hunter at band camp, where he got the chance to guide and support him. He still appreciates how welcome Hunter made him feel during his freshman year. A fun fact about Alex is that he can talk for hours about ancient history. His wedding ick? The garter toss.

Mackenzie has been a constant source of love and support in our lives. We’ve shared so many meaningful moments with her over the years, and we’re incredibly grateful for the role she played in bringing us together. Some of our favorite memories with Mackenzie include Avery getting a hug from her after winning Best Solo at one of our last band competitions, and making nachos at work with Hunter while they plotted how she was going to set us up. A fun fact about Mackenzie is that she’s the reason we even met. Her biggest wedding ick is in-laws being butt holes. It means so much to us to have her standing with us as we begin this next chapter.

The first time she met Avery was at a JSU game and they were both so excited. Her biggest wedding ick is when people steal the bride’s spotlight. One fun fact anyone should know about her is that she plays rugby.

Landrey is Avery’s little sister and one of her biggest fans. One of her favorite memories with Avery and Hunter is watching them get engaged. She hasn’t been to many weddings yet, so she’s not sure what her biggest wedding ick is, but she’s excited to be part of this one. A fun fact about Landrey is that she was a state champ back in eighth grade.

Carleigh is Avery’s older sister and has been around since the beginning, from playing in a cardboard refrigerator box in the backyard to standing by her side on her wedding day. Her biggest wedding ick is when people who aren’t the bride or groom try to make it about them. One fun fact anyone should know about her? She’s 100% a Disney adult but not the annoying kind.
