The deadline to RSVP has passed. If you weren’t able to respond to the invite before April 15, we unfortunately marked you as ‘not attending’ and we will not be able to accommodate you at the wedding. We look forward to celebrating with you some point in the future!
The ceremony and reception will both be in the Alamo Courtyard at El Rey Court. The reception will be immediately following the ceremony at El Rey Court, and will kick off with cocktail hour.
Due to numerous factors, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitation you receive. With this being said, we will only be inviting children within our family. Please remember that if your child is invited to the celebration and you plan on bringing them along, we strongly ask that you step away if they become a distraction at any time during the ceremony or when toasts are given at the reception. We ask that you do not leave your children alone at any time during the wedding day, including the reception. At the reception, we will be by a very busy road and need the children to be supervised by their parents at all times.
The quick answer? No. The long answer? We are having a device-free ceremony. We ask that all phones and devices be put on silent/turned off for the ceremony. We have hired an incredible photographer to capture one of the most important days to us, and we would hate for a well-meaning guest's device to be blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to take all the photos you'd like! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them. We'll also have a photo booth at the reception for all of our guests to enjoy, and is optimized for immediate sharing. If sharing photos on social media, we'd love to see them! Feel free to use #thisstamlove when posting.
Our dress code is cocktail attire / semi formal, but make it Santa Fe. Although your go-to dressy outfit will be just fine, some guests may be looking for a reason to show off their southwestern prints or patterned outfits and we encourage this behavior. Want to join in but need some ideas? Think bolo ties, turquoise jewelry, or a fun skirt/suit. We do ask that you refrain from wearing light wash jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops. Please also note the ceremony and reception are both outdoors and we will have a great DJ - so bring your dancing shoes that can be worn in the grass. A light jacket may also be desired for late in the evening.
We so appreciate you thinking to get us a gift. Although your presence is more than enough, you will be able to access our registry on this website by navigating to the 'registry' page for traditional gifts and opportunities to contribute to various funds we have set up that are important to us.
On the wedding day, please feel free to ask anyone but the bride and groom for help. As we get closer to the big day, we’ll provide a contact here and upon check-in to your hotel room (if staying at El Rey) that would be happy to assist you!
Please let us know of any food allergies / dietary restrictions that you may have when you RSVP once the formal invites are sent. We're happy to accommodate and will have something for everyone!
