Question

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP virtually by Thursday, April 17th, 2025!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a Black Tie/Formal event. Please, no sneakers, ball caps, ripped jeans, or durags. Modesty and elegance are the standard for this event.

Answer

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive at 2:30 in the afternoon, and we ask that all guests be seated at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins on May 17th at 3pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

All food items will be facilitated by professional caterers who will be willing to service for any food allergies or special recommendations. Be sure to communicate such allergies to the staff for accommodations as needed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not. All guest will need to facilitate their transportation to and from the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes. All guests are encouraged to bring family and friends as needed, but we ask that all additional persons be listed on the RSVP forms so that we may generate an adequate guest count.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome. However, all minors are required to be with their parents or legal guardians at all times. Children should not wander on the property unattended for the safety of all guests, staff and family alike.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is parking on arrival for all guests. Legacy Stables will have signage and staff facilitating the guidance on entry to the venue. Following the completion of ceremony, there will be a 75 yard walk to the reception site. Golf carts will be available for those who need assistance. Vehicles can remain parked at their respective lots and stay there until the conclusion of the night.

Question

Are there any colors guests should not wear on the wedding day?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests do not wear red, yellow, or brown in order to avoid any clashing with the wedding colors of royal blue and grey!
