When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 2:00 in order to be seated by 2:15. Mass will begin promptly at 2:30.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Virginia summers are usually hot and humid, so the reception as well as the Mass will both take place in the air-conditioning. But please feel free to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor areas around both venues as well.

Is your reception in the same place as your ceremony?

Answer

No, please see the address of the reception venue, as it is different than our ceremony venue. The two venues are about 45 minutes drive from each other, so please plan accordingly when leaving the ceremony.

Can I receive communion at your Wedding Mass?

Answer

We kindly ask that non-Catholics refrain from receiving communion. Only those who are Catholic and aware of the requirements may receive communion at Mass.

Question

Does this Mass fulfill my Sunday Mass requirement?

Answer

No, this is not a vigil Mass for Sunday. Catholics must go to Mass the next day to fulfill the requirement. We suggest going to Sacred Heart Church in Winchester, as it is near the hotels where we have reserved hotel blocks.
