Downtown DC
With the hotel just steps away from the Bethesda Metro Station, you can hop on the Red Line and be in downtown DC in less than 30 min! The Smithsonian Museums are a favorite of both Lourdes and Nate, and best part is they're free!
Bethesda Row
Nestled right in Downtown Bethesda, Bethesda Row is an outdoor mall with plenty of restaurants and small shops. It's also home to the famous Georgetown Cupcake (Lourdes highly recommends their red velvet cupcake)!
Downtown Frederick
If you've got a little more time on your hands (and probably a car), you can head up I-270 N and visit Nate's hometown of Frederick. The downtown area has tons of restaurants and shops to explore while you're there. Lourdes and Nate love to stop by McClintock's Distillery whenever they're in Frederick for a tasting of their latest creation!
