FAQs

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at "Finca Son Mir" in Palma, Mallorca Spain.

Question

What day should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will be taking place on Friday evening and we will be planning on arriving in Mallorca on Wednesday. We suggest arriving on at least Wednesday to make the most of your trip, but please do whatever works best for your schedule!

Question

What is on the menu?

Answer

There will be a Welcome drink: 30 minutes of refreshment drinks of homemade lemonade. There will also be a 60-minute drinks reception after the ceremony, featuring unlimited house white/red wine, cava, beer, sangria, soft drinks, water, and 10 canapés (5 cold and 5 hot) Followed by a 3-course BBQ-style meal with a 3-hour service, accompanied by unlimited drinks as mentioned above.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guest dress in garden formal attire. We plan for the ceremony to be held outdoors in a grassy area, so we would love to see floor length gowns with floral patterns and men's best attire.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid?

Answer

We ask to please avoid the color purple - the bridesmaids will be wearing floral purple. We also ask to please avoid the colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories and creams including floral patterns that are predominately white.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in Mallorca in April is warm in the daytime, but may get a little cool in the evening. Given the location and time of year, please plan for both temperatures.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, children are regretfully not invited to the wedding. We love your little ones, but thought you might want the week off to enjoy all of the festivities.
