How to get to our Wedding

Where is the Venue? Surrounded by vineyards and stunning views, the Chateau is on the edge of a village called Ginestas. It is situated in one of the sunniest parts of France. There are many ways to get to Ginestas, France, where our wedding is taking place, and equally a large variety of options for accommodation. The Chateau du Puits es Pratx is reserved for family members and members of the wedding party. We will be in touch with family and members of our wedding party to arrange rooms at The Chateau. Carcassonne airport will most likely be the airport that the majority of people fly to. Once we have numbers of guests attending our wedding and who is travelling by plane we can arrange transport from the airport as individual taxis can be quite expensive.

Road trippers!

Our Wedding Weekend may give you the perfect opportunity to turn this into a road trip! If you are thinking of coming by car (times are approximate): From Calais allow 10 hours over 2 days or 12 hours in 1 day. The most direct route and cheapest in tolls is via: Paris, Orleans, Vierzon, Milau & Narbonne. An alternative route is via Rheims, Dijon, Lyon & Narbonne. From Cherbourg or Le Havre via Rouen, Evreux, Dreux, Orleans, Vierzon, Milau & Narbonne.
