Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence means the world to us, and we truly don’t expect anything more. If you’d still like to give a gift, we are saving toward our honeymoon. What's the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We’ll be dancing the night away, so please feel free to wear comfortable shoes. The venue tends to be warm, and since it’s December in South Africa, we recommend dressing for warm weather. Wear something you feel great in and can celebrate in all night!

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

We kindly encourage guests not to drive and use Uber instead. We want everyone to get home safely and enjoy the celebration without worries. The church is very close to the reception venue.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will enjoy a family-style sharing meal at the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let Simone know as soon as possible.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to be fully present with us, so we’re having an unplugged ceremony – no phones or cameras, please. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you like! We’ll have a professional photographer capturing the whole day, and a Polaroid camera at the guest book during the reception – don’t forget to snap a picture and add it to the book along with your note.
