While at work at Fox Hills Mall I heard laughter behind me. I turned my head and caught Mishawn's attention. I was driving a golf cart down an aisle in the parking lot, we exchanged a few words and she told me to watch where I was going because I was about to hit something. Mishawn has been in my heart since the day we met, over 20 years ago. She has a smile I could never forget, feelings that have not gone away, will not go away and a laugh so unforgettable that I want to hear it for the rest of my life.

I looked into Mishawn's eyes and for the first time I truly felt like I wanted to be next to her for the rest of my life. I asked her father for his Blessing on 11/22/2021. I proposed at Joe's Crab Shack after dinner, and caught her totally by surprise! She said yes! On 5/1/22, Mishawn Smith will become Mishawn Smith-Brown and make me the happy man I have always wanted to be.
