What time should I arrive to the venue?

Please arrive no later than 3:45 so guests can be seated before the ceremony begins.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have a bus that will be taking guests from the Townplace Suites Hotel to our venue. There will be two scheduled times available to ride the bus. If you wish to ride the bus, there will be a sign up sheet at the front desk of the hotel when you check in! This will be first come, first serve. So please be prepared with an alternate option just in case. The bus will be taking the same guests back to the hotel after the reception. The times will be listed on the sign up sheet. ***This service is only for guests staying at the Townplace Suites Hotel! Please contact the bride or groom with any questions.

Will there be alcohol provided!?

Answer

Well of course! There will be a full open bar. We please ask that you refrain from bringing alcohol from home. Security will not let outside alcohol be brought into the reception area.
