Downtown Burbank includes a variety of different restaurants, bars, and shops including the Burbank Town Center, a large shopping mall. The Burbank Town Center includes over 170 retail shops as well as the multi-entertainment facility Round One that offers arcade games, billiards, bowling, and karaoke rooms. While you're in the neighborhood, we highly recommend checking out Slice House, Urban Press Winery and Restaurant, AMC 16, Story Tavern, and Fantasia Billiards.
Brand Park is a relatively hidden park located 10 minutes away from Downtown Burbank that offers hiking trails as well as picnic areas, a basketball court, a softball field, and large grassy areas. For experienced hikers, we recommend the Brand Library Hiking Trail. This trail is a 2.1-mile loop that takes an average of 1.5 hours to complete and features beautiful views of the city. Please make sure to wear shoes with good tread and apply sun protection as there is little to no shade on this steep trail.
Only a 10 minute drive from Downtown Burbank, Magnolia Park is a hip neighborhood filled with many different boutiques, antique stores, eateries, and coffee shops. We highly recommend checking out Porto's Bakery and Cafe, It's a Wrap, and Be Kind Video.
Universal Studios Hollywood is just a 20 minute drive away from Downtown Burbank and offers a variety of thrilling rides as well as movie studio tours. Universal CityWalk also offers several different shops, restaurants, and entertainment without needing to purchase a ticket to the theme park.
