You can book a room in our wedding block by using the link below or by calling the hotel and mentioning “Williams-Ruvo Wedding.” Please book no later than April 15, 2021 to get our group rate!! **NOTE** If you are using the link, it presets for 2 nights (Saturday & Sunday). If you only need the night of the wedding, please change it to Sunday-Monday. Also, we have booked continuous transportation to and from the venue from the hotel or our guests beginning at 3:30pm to make our 4:00pm ceremony time. As well as at the end of the night back to the hotel. Check-in time is at 3:00pm. There is an option to check on the website for early check-in. The hotel encourages guests to call the morning of check-in to inquire about earlier check-in times, however this is not guaranteed. If you feel you may need more time before transportation, you may want to book two nights.
