What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Between 4-4:30pm. This is when the prelude music will play. Processionals begin at 4:30pm exactly.

Absolutely! Please let us know about your food allergy as far in advance as possible.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is plenty of parking on site.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle picking people up at 3:30pm from the hotels and then arriving at the venue at 4pm when the prelude music begins. Then the shuttle will depart back to the hotels at the end of the night. One at 9pm and one at 10pm.
