What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. Please allow enough time for parking and locating your seat. We want to make sure everyone is settled in before we say" I DO!"

Am I Allowed To Take Photos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This mean we are asking for all phones and devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this moment for all of us! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want & use the QR codes on the table to upload photos throughout the night!

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

Our dress code is Black Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred; however, suits and dresses are welcome!

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be detailed on your invitations.

Is The Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the French Gardens, weather permitting. The cocktail hour & reception will take place inside the venue. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place inside.

Will There Be Parking At The Venue?

Answer

Yes! We have complimentary valet parking for all guests. If you are staying at the DoubleTree hotel (referenced in the "Travel" section) a bus will be provided.

How Can I Share The Photos I Took At The Wedding?

Answer

Make sure to use the QR codes scattered throughout the reception area that will allow you to share your pictures with everyone!

What If I Forgot To RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. To avoid missing out on all the fun, please make sure you RSVP by the date listed on your invitation.

What Should I Do In The Event I Am No Longer Able To Attend?

Answer

We completely understand that unexpected things happen. Please let us know as soon as your plans change so we can make the necessary updates with our venue.
