What is the costs for the weekend and what does it include?

Answer

Accommodation is available for all guests at Meulstroom. Costs: Adults - R800pp for the weekend Children aged 7-12 - R400pp for the weekend Children aged 2-6 - R200pp for the weekend Costs include: - 2 nights accommodation - Dinner Friday night - Brunch Saturday morning - Brunch Sunday morning * Saturday night, with the reception, a three course meal will be served.

What is included in a room and what can we bring with?

Answer

Each room includes a kettle, mini fridge, warm blankets, on-suite bathroom and bath towels. The following items may be brought with from home: - Swimming Towels - Camping Chairs for outside (chairs may not be removed from the rooms) - Snacks, Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks (Coffee will be served each morning between 07h30 and 08h30) *A Cash shop is available for basic snacks etc.

How many beds are available in a room?

Answer

Available rooms: - "Twin Room" you can choose between a double bed or two single beds. -"4 Sleeper Room" choice of four single beds or one double bed with two single beds -"Duplex Room" three sets of bunker beds in the loft and a choice of a double bed or two single beds at the bottom. * Reservations and allocation of rooms will strictly be on a first come, first serve basis.. Are card facilities available?

Answer

Meulstroom unfortunately does not have card facilities. Please bring enough cash for the Cash Bar and Shop.

Question

May we bring our own alcohol?

Answer

No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises from outside. Alcoholic drinks can be bought at the Cash Bar. Please note that a R1000 fine is payable if caught.

Question

Will there be someone looking after the children?

Answer

Please note that the kids will remain the parents responsibility at ALL TIMES. Saturday evening there will be a lady (teaching student) to help keep the kids busy and we ask each parent to please give a little something, as they see fit, for her time and effort.

Can we bring gifts for the couple?

Answer

Our nest is already feathered but any cash envelope will be highly appreciated.
