WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love for you to celebrate in style with us! Semi-formal attire is requested for this occasion. Gentlemen might consider dress pants or slacks paired with a blazer and dress shirt, while women could opt for a cocktail dress, dressy separates, or an elegant gown. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans and sneakers. Feel free to draw inspiration from our wedding color palette, which is displayed above. No white please (; Here is some inspiration if needed: https://pin.it/557zTXKPm *note- bridesmaids will be in chocolate brown. The couple does not mind if this color is worn, but wanted to provide a heads up in case of others' preferences!

IS THE WEDDING INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

All of our events will take place indoors throughout the day. We'll also have access to a beautiful outdoor courtyard for the evening if weather permits, so you'll have the best of both worlds!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, this will be specifically addressed within the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Although we love all of your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding mostly adults with the exception of those named on the invitation. We hope you use our wedding as a fun date night!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm to be seated and ready for the beginning of the ceremony. If you arrive later than 4:15pm you will unfortunately not be able to sit within the formal ceremony space and have to wait to enter until cocktail hour begins.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 1st. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you! We would like to provide our vendors with the final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

We're delighted to host a selection of beer and wine complimentary throughout the evening. For those interested in additional options, a full bar will be available on site where cocktails and mixed drinks can be purchased individually. We're confident there will be something for everyone to enjoy! *Bar service will provide plenty of options, we ask that no one bring any outside beverages of any kind as our venue has strict penalties regarding this.

IS THERE PARKING?

Answer

Parking is readily available at our venue. There is both complimentary outdoor parking and a covered garage. If you plan to drink, we encourage you to arrange alternative transportation home or take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service to the hotels.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle schedule back to the Hampton Inn and Residence Inn in Roseville will be provided as soon as we have it solidified and if you check back here closer to the wedding date we should be able to provide you with more details then!
