Bride
Heather Christine Lough (soon to be Reese!) is absolutely ecstatic to have found the love of her life. Andrew, truly swept her off her feet! August 20th can’t come fast enough. Heather is the daughter of Tom and Cathy Lough of Federalsburg, Maryland. The Lord truly blessed Heather with wonderful, loving and faithful parents. Heather is the youngest of two children. Her brother, Tyler, is only a couple years older than Heather and they have been incredibly close all their lives. Tyler married his wonderful wife, Natalie, in 2018 and they have two adorable sons, Owen (yes Andy and Heather have two nephews named Owen!) and Kolbe! Heather is an Interior Designer working currently as a Kitchen and Bath Sales Consultant with Mid-Atlantic Tile, Kitchen and Bath in Frederick, Maryland.
Groom
Andrew "Andy" Reese is the Groom. Heather made him the happiest man on earth. "After meeting Heather, I knew it was love at first sight." Andy is from Ambler, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He grew up with a big sister Melissa and was raised by two loving parents, Karen and Bill. Sadly, Andy lost his father in 2019 but he knows how happy and excited he would be to have a new daughter-in-law. Recently, Andy’s Mom Karen passed away suddenly from complications of Multiple Sclerosis. Andy is happy to know his Mom gave her blessing and loved Heather as a 2nd daughter. Andy is the Uncle, Godfather and namesake of his sister Melissa's son, Owen Andrew. Andrew is a high school History teacher and currently works for M & T Bank.
Mother of the Bride
“Cathy” is the life of the party! Never a dull moment with this MOB! Heather has looked up to her mother her entire life and cherished her every second. Heather is honored to be her daughter. The Lord knew what he was doing when he made her a mother!
Father of the Bride
Thomas “Tom” Lynn Lough has been a solid, steady, dependable and unbelievably loving Father to Heather. Tom spent his career working hard for the family and now enjoys a much earned retirement. His creativity and love for community service keeps him busy as the Grand Knight of his local chapter of the Knights of Columbus. He is also thrilled anytime he gets to be with his two grandkids!
Mother of the Groom
Heather and I are very sad to share with our guests that my beloved Mother, Karen passed away suddenly on June 18, 2022. She had been so excited to be part of our big day and was looking forward to escorting me to the altar. In our faith I rejoice that my Mom has gone to Heaven has been reunited with my Dad and my grandparents but I am completely devastated about losing her so soon after losing my father. She will be watching with love and pride as Heather becomes the new Mrs. Reese. We ask that all of our guests keep Karen and the Reese Family in your prayers.
Father of the Groom
My Dad Bill passed away shortly before Heather came into my life. He was a very kind and generous man who loved his family more than anything else in the world. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He would be so proud to be part of our wedding day and especially to have Heather as his beloved daughter-in-law. He has been reunited with my Mom and will be watching, as we become Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Reese. Bill was always Andy’s hero and Andy considered him Superman. Everyone who meets Andy wonders about his height… look no further then Bill!
Maid of Honor
Grace is Heather’s youngest cousin. Heather remembers when she was born and the first time she held her. It's amazing that so many years have come and gone. 16 years later and Heather sees Grace as more of a little sister than a cousin. She deserves the role of Maid of Honor more than anyone.
Maid of Honor
Yes, yes, we know. You're only allowed one Maid of Honor but Heather can't help having TWO wonderful women in her life to name as her MOH! Heather met Julie their freshman year of college. They tried out for the same flag football team and the rest is history! To put it plainly, Julie is Heather's best friend! Through thick and thin they've been inseparable. Over the years they've grown closer to the Lord together and shared a common goal of reaching heaven. Nothing would make Heather happier than to have Julie by her side on her wedding day to support her in her future marriage!
