We recommend cocktail attire that’s comfortable for sand and dancing. Layers and beach-friendly shoes are encouraged—October evenings on the coast can be cool.
Weather permitting, we’re planning to hold our ceremony on the beach at the end of 10th Street, just a short walk from McMenamins. In case of rain or heavy weather, we’ll move it indoors to the Gearhart Hotel. Check back here closer to the date for any updates!
Please park your car at McMenamins Gearhart Hotel and walk down 10th Street toward the beach—it’s about a 5-minute walk. If walking isn’t an option, you’re welcome to drive and park near the beach entrance in the surrounding neighborhood. The beach also allows vehicles to drive on the sand, but please do not drive into the ceremony area. We want to keep the setting peaceful and safe for everyone. Thank you!
