We’re getting married!! POSTPONED: September 25, 2021

We met at a softball field (figures) the summer of 2011... just before freshmen year of high school. Amanda was playing in a memorial tournament and Brandon was just there to hangout. Our Maid of Honor (Eliza) introduced us and the rest is history...literally...it was 9 years ago. I guess you could say that it was "Love at first Sight". Little did we know that we would be here today!!

It was our 8 year Anniversary and we decided to make a little weekend trip out of it. It also happened to be our friend Jessicas birthday weekend. We went up to Jessicas camp in Lake Linden with her and her fiance Nick. Friday we hungout around camp. Saturday we went into town to the Keweenaw Brewing Company and then got some lunch. After we got back to camp the boys went outside and were sitting on the dock. Jess and I eventually joined them and the first thing i notice when i get to the dock is a “message in a bottle” and Brandon says “open it”. It took me a little while to open it up but eventually i looked at it, read the message, and Brandon got down on one knee. The message had one of our favorite song lyrics on it so it was special to us. The weather and the view were both amazing and just made the moment that much more special. -Special thanks to Nick and Jess for the great weekend and for being there to capture such a special moment...we love you both-
