MDE

Jose Maria Cordova International Airport (MDE) will be the airtport everyone will fly into, its located in the city of Rionegro, 12 miles south-east of Medellín. Its about a 30-35 min ride to the city of Medellín. With UBER the average cost is about $30 USD from the airport to the city. For guest arriving a few days prior to the wedding to enjoy the city of Medellin, we will be coordinating events leading up to the big day.

Travel Note

Ubers & Taxis

You can find taxis and ubers everywhere! We highly suggest taking ubers everywhere because they are really cheap & the operate just like the US you can also tip them through the app as well. If you decide to take a taxi just make sure to ask how much it is to get to your location prior to getting in the cab. When exiting the MDE airport, you will find taxis lined up right outside of the door, or you can order an uber which may take a few minutes.
