When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 3:30 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM! Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to enjoy the beautiful estate and settle into your seats comfortably.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, please dress in semi-formal attire for our special day. Suits, cocktail dresses, or elegant separates are perfect for the occasion. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing jeans of any kind.

Will the events be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting), followed by a reception in a beautiful, climate-controlled white tent. We do suggest bringing a jacket or wrap for added comfort as the evening will be cool.

How do I Access the Venue?
Answer
Venue address is 134 Woodland Pkwy, San Marcos, CA, 92069. The main entrance is on Woodland Pkwy, across from Albertsons, and can only be accessed with a right turn; left turns into the driveway are not allowed. After entering, you’ll see the main pathway to the ceremony area under a roofed awning on your right. The parking lot circles the grounds, leading to an exit on E Mission Rd. If the main lot is full, additional parking is available in an overflow lot to the right of the exit. Please do not drive up the hill toward the ceremony and reception area, as there is no parking at the top. However, you may drive up to drop off guests with limited mobility if needed.

Can cars be left overnight?
Answer
Yes, cars may be left on property overnight. Cars may be picked up between 10am and 12pm the following morning.

Is the wedding kid-friendly?
Answer
We can’t wait to celebrate together! While we’d love to include everyone, space is limited. Please refer to your RSVP for the specific names of those we’re able to welcome. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are kindly asking all guest to join us for an “unplugged” ceremony to keep the moment intimate and distraction-free. Feel free to take as many photos as you'd like before the ceremony begins and right after, but please refrain during the ceremony itself so we can all stay fully present together. Thank you for helping us create this special atmosphere!

We will have an open bar available from 5:00 to 9:30 PM — come ready to celebrate!

Will there be options for guests with dietary restrictions?
Answer
Yes! We’ll have options available for guests who are vegan, vegetarian, or have specific allergies. Please be sure to note any dietary needs in the designated section when you RSVP so we can accommodate accordingly.
