If you are booking through Aspen Travel (highly recommended) you can book in any of the following 3 ways: - contact Aspen Travel at 616-785-9610 and let them know you are with the Lang/Shoemaker wedding - go into Aspen Travel at 2751 Alpine Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49544 and let them know you are with the Lang/Shoemaker wedding - book online through their website at aspentvl.com, click on Booking and then Funjet Vacations. Do I have to book through Aspen Travel?
Answer
No. But you will save anywhere between $25 and $250 if you book through Aspen Travel (exact savings depends on the total cost of your stay). Your transportation to and from the resort will also be included if you book with Aspen Travel, which is about a $100 savings. If this doesn't tickle your fancy, you can book online at the resort website, http://www.secretsresorts.com/en_us/resorts/mexico/playa-mujeres.

Does it matter what days I stay?
Answer
No. We understand everyone has a hectic schedule so please come and go when it is the most convenient for you. We simply ask if you are in the wedding party, you fly in by Thursday, 5/7, to ensure your attendance to all important wedding related events.

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation lists "& Guest" on the envelope, you are more than welcome to bring a guest.

Is it cheaper to go solo?
Answer
No. The prices listed in our Travel note are for a double occupancy room. You will end up paying more for your stay if you don't bring a guest. There are few guest who currently aren't sharing a room with anyone. If you are struggling to bring a guest, we may be able to put you with another solo guest. If this is something you are interested in, please contact #LosLangs.

How far away is the resort from the airport?
Answer
It is ~45 minutes from the airport. Reminder, if you are booking through Aspen Travel, transportation is included in your booking. If you book through the resort website, please be sure you contact them to setup your transportation. You do not want to wait until you are in Mexico to setup transportation.

Yes, please bring your party pants. In fact, bring as many party pants as you can fit into your suitcase.
