We're Getting Married!

Like many modern love stories, ours began with a swipe on Hinge. Fate, however, had other plans for our first in-person meeting—a quick stop at a gas station restroom on the way to our first date. Not exactly romantic, but definitely memorable. Our official first date was at a coffee shop. Good conversation came easily, time passed quickly, and it was clear there was a connection. As the date came to an end, Josh leaned in for a kiss—setting the tone for what was already beginning. The second date confirmed what we both suspected. A lunch date turned into a Target run, which turned into a movie, and by the end of the night, it felt like something real was taking shape. A few months later, we took our first big trip together—hiking in the Rocky Mountains. Somewhere along the trail, we decided to make it official shortly after returning from the trip. As our relationship grew, so did the way we showed up for each other. Whether it was waking up before sunrise for Kim’s races—standing at the finish line no matter how early or how cold—or being Josh’s loudest cheerleader at pickleball tournaments, supporting one another became second nature. We learned early on that love isn’t just about the big moments, but about consistently being there for each other. From there, life filled up fast. Weekend trips north for hiking and lake days, weddings in Mexico, and travel that kept adding to the list of shared memories. Greece became the most memorable of them all—where Josh asked Kim to spend forever with him. What started with a swipe (and an unexpected pit stop) turned into a life built on shared experiences, laughter, and choosing each other every day. We’re excited to celebrate what’s next with the people who matter most to us.
