We're getting married

We actually met on a dating app, but quickly realized we had been attending the same 9am church service for a while! We went on our first date on March 13th, 2020, and only two days later the world shut down due to the pandemic! While it was difficult navigating a new relationship and a global pandemic, we continue to see the blessings that have come out of it! We had the opportunity to spend time with each other, as well as our families and that has truly blessed our relationship.

I had taken it upon myself to book us a fall photoshoot so that we could have some pictures during my favorite season. They ended up being rescheduled three times before we could actually get them to happen! I hoped he would propose during the photos, but I thought there was not a chance because of all the rescheduling. We ventured back to the woods on my family property at 8:30 am where the photographer was able to capture the moment! We spent the entire day telling our friends and family, and it was such a dream!
