Yes, our venue has a large, private parking lot reserved just for our guests, including ADA accessible spots.
Our dress code is semi-formal which means a balance of elegance and comfort. For ladies this means cocktail, knee-length, or midi dresses. A dressy pantsuit or an elegant jumpsuit are also great alternatives to a dress. For gentlemen this means a suit or a dress shirt with dress pants, with or without a tie. Guests can wear any color but we kindly ask that you reserve all shades of white for the bride.
Yes! Guests can look forward to hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie during cocktail hour. We then have a delicious meal planned for dinner featuring baked chicken breast with a creamy poblano sauce, fettuccine alfredo, and a side salad. Make sure to save room for cake and a variety of other desserts as well! After a long night of dancing there will also be late-night snack options, including street tacos and ramen. Guests with pre-communicated food restrictions will be accommodated as planned.
Beverages like lemonade, soft drinks, iced tea, and water will be available all night long. There will also be an open bar featuring signature drinks designed by the couple along with a variety of wines, beer, seltzer, and spirits. Additionally a non-alcoholic sparking cider will be available as an alternative to champagne during toasts.
Arizona in December can be chilly once the sun sets, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a cozy jacket just in case. Our venue is outdoors featuring several fire pits and many heat lamps to keep you warm.
Thank you to everyone who has submitted their RSVP! Our deadline has now passed and we are so excited to celebrate with those who will be attending. We will miss those who are unable to join us, but we look forward to celebrating with you another time in the future.
