We met, and our hearts knew it was a forever kind of thing! After a year of pretending like we did not have feelings for eachother (and failing dismally at it!) we finally started dating and immediately faced the biggest challenge of our relationship.... going straight into long distance.👩🏼‍❤️‍👨🏻 From 2200km apart to 15000km apart we stuck together! A year of late night chats and video call Dates later, we started planning for a future, which led us to take the leap and move back to Zimbabwe together. ✈️ It wasnt easy. We faced many challenges, like finances, uncertainty, figuring out the whole adulting thing! (kinda) and lots of patience-testing moments. But through it all we chose eachother every single time. While I was still studying to qualify as a hairdresser, my amazing partner Josh worked tirelessly to support us both💪🏻 I'm forever grateful for his unwavering support, patience and encouragement. he always believed in me, even when i didn't believe in myself! I love that i get to be his biggest cheerleader, supporting his passions and goals ❤️ Through it all we've discovered that our superpower is choosing eachother, laughing together, celebrating our wins (big or small), and by being eachothers rock. We've built a life filled with love, amazingly crazy friends, equally crazy fur-babies and endless good times!🐶🐱 Now we are ready to start the next chapter in our story: starting a family and continuing to build a future together🥰 That's us in a nutshell - imperfectly perfect, and ridiculously happy☺️
