Uber and Lyft are viable options for getting TO Brasada from the airport or other areas of Bend. However, it is very difficult to use an on-demand ride share service to leave the site (either on your date of departure or for those staying off-site) and we recommend pre-booking or utilizing a local taxi or shuttle service. With the exception of a few VIPs, the ceremony and reception will be adults-only. However, kids are welcome to join us at the Friday evening event! Kids are allowed within certain room types at Brasada Ranch if you choose to stay on-site and bring them along.

September is a transitional time in Bend and has the potential to be fairly hot during the daytime with cool nights. We recommend that you check the weather forecast the week of and make sure to bring an extra layer for the evening event portions.
For the ceremony and reception on Saturday, the dress code is Semi-Formal to Formal. Think midi to ankle-length dresses for women, and suit with tie optional for men. The ceremony will be held on grass, so for the ladies we recommend a thicker heel if you have it. For the welcome party on Friday evening, the dress code is Festive Casual. This essentially just means elevated casual wear or something you might wear to a nice dinner, with a festive twist if you'd like to bring in bolder colors or fun textures, accessories, etc!
Yes - if you are not staying at Brasada Ranch and are planning to drive to the venue, parking is available near the ceremony site.
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation to allow us to adhere to our pre-set venue arrangements.
