Please RSVP by Saturday, August 1, 2026, through our wedding website or by mailing us your RSVP card. Due to space, only those listed on the invitation are invited, additional guests are not permitted.

Guests may arrive at 3:30 p.m. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 p.m. Cocktail Hour to follow

Parking

Stone, grass, and handicapped parking will be available. Shuttles will be available to transport guests from the parking lots to the ceremony and reception spaces at the venue.

Dress Code

Semi-Formal We would love to see our guests wear these colors: Maroon, Light Pink, Eucalyptus Green, Gray, or Black. Parts of our venue are outdoors and we recommend bringing a light jacket or cover up, and to wear closed toed shoes. Western boots are allowed. Please DO NOT wear white out of respect for the Bride & Groom.

Dinner will be served buffet style. Guests who share their food allergens or dietary restrictions on their RSVP will be served a different meal.

The Barn & Vineyard is a cashless venue and requires ALL attendees to show their I.D. when purchasing alcohol. All alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during cocktail hour and dinner. All non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. outside alcohol of any kind is NOT allowed on the property.
