We'll be kicking off the weekend with sun, sand, and spirits. If you're around Friday afternoon grab your cooler + beach chairs and head to the beach. We'll be lounging somewhere in-front of Dukes. This is a low-key hangout and totally optional. Drop by whenever you like!
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

Kapalua Ironwoods🌊 We invite you to meet at the Ironwoods Beach parking lot at 4:30 PM. Then walk down the scenic path to our ceremony spot. Once there guests will gather for a standing ceremony on the sand. (It's about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the beach) A Note on Parking: Parking at the beach is very limited and requires payment. If the primary lot is full, there is secondary parking available about 5 minutes away at the "Maui Pineapple" venue. To ensure a stress-free arrival, we highly encourage carpooling or using a ride-share service. Once your feet hit the sand--walk to your left toward the cliffs. 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Happy Fish Bar + Restaurant vibe check: We invite you to stay in your wedding finery as we transition straight from the beach to the table. In lieu of a formal program or traditional dances, we’ve envisioned an intimate evening centered on what matters most: wonderful conversation, great food, heartfelt speeches, and signature island cocktails.
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

To cap off our wedding weekend, we are heading out on the water for a private sunset charter! Appetizers and Open-Bar provided. 3:30 PM | Check-in & Beach Boarding: Please meet us on the sand in front of the Sheraton Maui Resort no later than 3:30 PM. We will be doing a beach pick-up, so prepare to kick off your shoes and hop on board! Note: depending on the waves you may get wet when loading. How to Get There: The Scenic Walk: For those staying near Honua Kai, the walk down the Kaanapali Beach Path is about a 35-40 minute walk. We recommend starting your stroll by 2:50 PM to ensure an on-time arrival. Ride Share: 5 minute ride. Ask to be dropped off at the Sheraton lobby and head straight through to the beach. Parking: If you are driving, paid parking is available at the Sheraton, or the Whalers Village parking garage (a 10-minute walk away). 6:00 PM | Return to Shore: We will be dropped back off at the same location. .
