Question
I am bringing a child under the age of 18. What options are there for child care?
Answer
You are welcome to make any accommodations you would like but we will be providing a room with babysitters, games and pizza for kids down the hall from the reception through the ceremony and reception. We ask that you please let Lori know in advance if you would like to utilize this or have them attend the actual reception with a normal meal. What are the meal options?
Answer
We are having a served buffet style with steak pasta or artichoke chicken. There will also be Caesar salad, green beans, garlic mashed potatoes and rolls. There is the option for alternate vegetarian and gluten-free meals and a choice of pizza for kids if they are staying in the child room. If you need any other special meal for any dietary reasons please let Lori know at shadowsong81@gmail.com or call her at 703-851-4761.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 1, 2021 and let Lori know of any dietary or childcare needs by that date as well.

Will there be transportation between the hotel and venue?
Answer
There will be a shuttle running between the Hampton Inn and the Belvoir Winery from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.

Are vaccinations required?
Answer
Unfortunately yes we are requiring all those in attendance over the age of 18 to be vaccinated for COVID-19. Our vendors are also required and verified as vaccinated. There will be a number of children in attendance who cannot be vaccinated so for the safety and health of all attending we are making this mandatory. If you have a medical reason this is not possible please contact Lori at 703-851-4761 to discuss prior to submitting your RSVP.

Will the winery be open to the public?
Answer
Yes, the winery tasting room on the 1st floor will be open to the public. We will have a security guard on-site to ensure no uninvited guests access the 2nd floor during the ceremony and reception. Please use caution if you do choose to enter the tasting room during the wedding as we cannot guarantee that members of the public present are vaccinated.

What drinks will be available?
Answer
Unlimited soda, juice, water, liquor, beer and wine will be available until 10:30 pm. It is an open bar and gratuities will already be provided to the staff but feel free to give them anything additional if you would like. Please plan to utilize the shuttle or another safe travel option if you plan to drink alcohol. We want to help ensure you not only have a great time but also get home safe!

Will there be parking available on-site?
Answer
There will be self parking available on-site in the winery parking lot.

Are there any accommodations for individuals with disabilities?
Answer
The venue has a golf cart available to take individuals to the ceremony location (if weather permits an outside ceremony). There is an elevator in the venue to assist individuals needing help to access the 2nd and 3rd floors.
