This is a local stop for ice cream, some history, classic cars, and the store Antique Archeology - Owned by Mike Wolfe of American Pickers.
12th South is a trendy neighborhood that is a good spot to walk around and dine. It's home to a retail clothing store Draper James owned by Reese Witherspoon and White's Mercantile owned by singer-songwriter Holly Williams. It's also home to Dolly Parton's recording compound and studio (across from Taqueria del Sol) - very delicious tacos.
This is like stepping back into Mexico. The architecture inside is really interesting and set up like a Pueblo village with vendors serving tacos, horchata and more. They also host events around the clock like salsa dancing lessons, mariachi bands and loteria!
Absolutely killer BBQ in Nashville. Lot's of locations, but definitely worth a stop for lunch or dinner while you're in town.
