When I knew I was going to propose, I wanted it to be a surprise! All throughout our courtship, the theme of faith had played a tremendous part, including the creation of Faith Lynn, a teddy-bear we created together. For this reason, I knew that I wanted Faith Lynn to be a part of the proposal. I had an unction to look up Faith in search of a restaurant. This quest led me to Faith & Flowers. If you know Loretta, she is always in the know of what is going on and she won’t just blindly do anything. Loraine came to the rescue! She was going to gather the family in celebration of her new job. On October 6, 2017, I flew out to LA for the proposal. I continuously rehearsed what I was going to say; 6 o’clock rolled around so I headed to the restaurant. I had the ring and Faith Lynn. Faith Lynn had on floral skirt with a homemade shirt that said “Will You Marry Him?” on it. I was now ready to surprise Loretta. I could tell once she saw me, she was floored. After hearing me out, she said yes!
