WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

What began as a simple friendship as freshmen at Beverly High School was never meant to be anything more. We bonded over shared interests and easy conversations, never expecting it to evolve beyond that. Yet, as the years went by, our connection deepened in ways neither had anticipated. It was a beautiful surprise, realizing that what we thought would remain a cherished friendship had blossomed into something much more meaningful and lasting.

We finally started dating Senior Year, February 2016, after initially growing that friendship bond that grew into something so much stronger. We then had to overcome 6+ years of long distance throughout college and PT/law school, however distance truly only made us stronger.

On an annual ski trip up to Attitash Mountain Resort in Bartlett, NH in February 2024, John planned a date night for Sierra at Nestlenook Village in Jackson, NH, a location where John and Sierra actually shared their first date 8 years ago. The date started with a private sleigh ride through the woods with snow falling from the sky, enjoying the quiet moments together after a long and fun ski day. Following the sleigh ride, John walked Sierra to the bridge that overlooks the pond, where he finally asked Sierra to be his wife. And of course, she said YES!
