Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Julie Whitcomb and Lorenzo Perez-Febles
When Lorenzo & I toured Point Lookout, most of the restaurants/shops/bars were open, though possibly with shorter hours. Tourist season wraps up late October-meaning we'll have the town to ourselves! PL has hiking trails on-site, and there are plenty of beaches/parks in the area-November can be wonderful weather for exploring outside, no tourists & no bugs! Belfast is a 20 minute drive to the north, Lincolnville is a 10 min drive to the south.

Lorenzo & I had a lovely dinner here, when we toured Point Lookout for the 1st time.

Fantastic spot! Very comfortable & casual, excellent food & drink.

Fantastic food!!! Literally something for everyone on this menu. Had lunch with a group of friends & all 6 of us were thrilled with our food. Very reasonably priced.

Front Street Pub

37 Front Street, Belfast, ME 04915
, (207) 338-8900

Lorenzo & I had a few beverages here during our visit to Northport/Belfast. Good food, just the right "almost dive bar" feel.

Reny's Department Store

1 Belmont Avenue, Belfast, ME 04915
, (207) 338-4588

if you're in Maine for the weekend, a visit to Reny's is a must!

Whale's Tooth Pub & Restaurant - Lobster Rolls - Cocktails - Craft Beer - Waterfront Dining

2531 Atlantic Highway, Lincolnville, ME 04849
, (207) 789-5200

Not the best, not the worst! Type of place that serves parsley for show with every meal. Large portions & very close to Point Lookout.

Lincolnville Beach

2402 U.S. 1, Lincolnville, ME 04849

In my opinion, there's nothing better than a chilly walk on a beach empty of tourists! Nov is the perfect time of year for such an activity.

Beyond the Sea

2526 Atlantic Highway, Lincolnville, ME 04849
, (207) 789-5555

You'll need to phone for hours during Nov, as it's after tourist season, but this looks to be a cute little shop with gifts, light food, toiletries etc.

Islesboro

Islesboro, ME 04848

***Please don't time this wrong & be late for the wedding, but If you are feeling feisty, you could take a 20 min ferry ride over to Iselsboro! The ferry runs every hour between Lincolnville & Iselsboro, sure to be gorgeous scenery if the weather is cooperative.
