Question

What if I can't make it to France?

Answer

We understand traveling can be difficult for a number of reasons. We also can only accommodate 35 of our loved ones for our abroad festivities. Those who cannot make it abroad, we hope to see you at our close-to-home reception on Long Island. The invitation and RSVP to our local reception will be sent late spring/early summer 2025.

Question

What flight should I take?

Answer

We recommend flying to ORY airport. The options to get to Chateau Bouthonvilliers are car rental or taxi/uber. The Chateau is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes' car ride from the airport.

Question

Where can I stay?

Answer

We have Chateau Bouthonvilliers for 3 nights, and we can host 33 additional guests to the bride and groom. The property consists of the main Chateau and guest cottages. If you would like to find your own accommodations, that is fine too, but we can still only have 35 visiting the Chateau for our wedding festivities.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

You'll need your ID for staying at the Chateau, along with your passport to travel. Please bring swimwear, we will have a pool! There are restaurants and wineries nearby as well, so summery business casual outfits will be fine. Towels and toiletries are provided, but of course you may bring your own. Laundry can be done on site as well. Of course, have your formal wear for the big day! Question

What about food?

Answer

As briefly described on our itinerary, we will provide breakfast each day, consisting of french pastries, coffee, and tea. There are supermarkets along the way to the Chateau, so additional food, snacks, and drinks can be brought. There are several kitchens at the Chateau, as well as restaurants nearby. The bride and groom will be preparing some extra nourishments, so please let Nicole or Lorenzo know of any dietary restrictions.

Question

Are children allowed at the Chateau?

Answer

Due to limited space and the antique nature of the Chateau, we recommend small children to stay home. Please reach out to Nicole with any questions regarding your children.

Question

Can I bring my children to the Long Island reception?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to welcome kids all ages at our reception at home. Please indicate on the RSVP to the local reception how many children will be coming.

For all the days along the way
