We’re so excited to bring together friends and family from all over the world for this celebration! The wedding festivities—including the ceremony, reception, and dinner—will be covered. Other expenses, such as travel, accommodation, and additional meals or activities, will be at guests' own expense. We understand that traveling abroad may not be feasible for everyone, and we completely understand if you’re unable to attend. Your love and support mean the world to us, whether you’re able to join in person or in spirit!
Bali is a beautiful place, but sometimes unfamiliar bacteria can cause “Bali Belly” for travelers. This doesn’t always come from expired food; often, it’s simply due to bacteria that our stomachs aren’t used to. To stay healthy, it can help to gradually introduce new foods before your trip, stay hydrated, and be mindful of food and water sources while in Bali. We’d hate for anyone to miss out on the celebration!
The closest airport to our wedding venue is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), also known as Denpasar Airport. It’s Bali’s main international airport, and many major airlines fly there. Depending on where you're traveling from, you may need to take a connecting flight through cities like Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, or Doha. We recommend booking early to secure the best rates.
If you have any questions before or during your trip, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp at +62 815 2634 8484 (Lorenz) or +62 895 2531 5555 (Pricilia). For any questions during the wedding itself, please reach out to Ayo, the manager +62 896 7176 5343 or Chaniz +32 487 455 612 who will be happy to assist. This way, we can fully enjoy the celebration with you!
Bali has a tropical climate, which means it will likely be warm and humid during our wedding. Expect temperatures around [25-30°C / 77-86°F].
The dress code for our wedding is “Sunset”, which means we’re encouraging warm, vibrant colors like oranges, pinks, reds, and soft purples—think of the beautiful hues of a sunset. Since the ceremony will take place outdoors, we recommend light, breathable fabrics that are comfortable for Bali’s tropical climate. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white.
Visiting Indonesia, and Bali in particular, is an exciting adventure! Here are some key things to keep in mind: Visa Requirements: Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter Indonesia. Many countries can visit Bali visa-free for up to 30 days. Check the visa rules for your country before traveling. Currency: The currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). It's a good idea to exchange some money at the airport or withdraw from local ATMs. Credit cards are accepted at most hotels and restaurants, but you may need cash for smaller shops. Time Zone: Bali operates on Central Indonesia Time (GMT+8). Language: The official language is Bahasa Indonesia, but English is widely spoken in tourist areas, hotels, and restaurants. Vaccinations: Check if you need any specific vaccinations before traveling, such as for typhoid or hepatitis. Routine vaccinations should be up to date. Getting Around: In Bali, you can use taxis or ride-sharing apps like Grab. For more flexibility, you can hire a private driver for the day or rent a scooter. Packing Essentials: Bring light, breathable clothing, sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable shoes. If you plan on visiting temples, don’t forget a sarong or scarf to cover your shoulders. Water Safety: Avoid drinking tap water. Bottled or filtered water is widely available and recommended for drinking. Safety: Bali is generally a safe place to visit, but as with any destination, keep an eye on your belongings and be aware of your surroundings.
