We recommend flying to Dulles International Airport (IAD) if you choose to rent a car. There is free parking at the Best Western Culpeper Inn and The Refinery and it's about a five-minute drive between the two. If you choose to take the train, we recommend flying to Reagan National Airport (DCA). Please note that there are limited Lyft and Ubers available once you are in Culpeper.
